1 Ingredient Sorbet



Did you know you can make sorbet with just 1 ingredient? You just need fruit for a healthy and delicious dessert with no added sugar!


I used Ojai Pixie Tangerines as they are seedless, sweet and currently in season. Use 1 fruit or any combination of fruits


Directions:

Peel tangerines and separate sections.

Add to a ziploc bag or any reusable bag. Freeze for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.

Defrost for a few minutes and separate frozen sections.

Place in a a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. That’s it!
