Poke Bowl




Poke Bowl with Ponzu Sauce. Healthy, fresh and delicious and perfect for summer!

When buying tuna or salmon, make sure you buy sushi-grade or sashimi -grade fish as this means it’s ok to be eaten raw.


If you prefer a spicy sauce, mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1-2 Tablespoons of sriracha


Ingredients

1 pound sushi grade ahi tuna or salmon, cut into cubes

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons rice vinegar or mirin( sweet rice wine)

2 teaspoons sesame oil

Juice of lime, lemon or orange

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 green onion, sliced


Serving:

Rice

Toppings: avocado, carrots, edamame, mango, cucumber, etc


Directions

In a bowl combine ahi tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, green onions and sesame seeds and toss to combine.


In a serving bowl, add rice, marinated fish and any toppings desired.
