Rosé wines have taken the center stage. No longer just related to warm weather - rosé has become a go to wine from casual entertaining to elegant dining experiences.
One of my favorite go to wine is Gerard Bertrand Languedoc 'Cote des Roses'
Light clean and fresh with notes of strawberry lemon and grapefruit with a hint of floral and herbal notes on the finish. Medium body with a nice balance of acidity.
The look of the bottle is very unique with the base of the bottle shaped to look like a rose bloom. It also has a glass cap instead of a cork or twist off cap. Great for serving water at a gathering.
