Along with writers of the International Food Wine Travel Association, I had the opportunity to visit Europa Village in Temecula to tour their new Bolero Village scheduled to open in April, 2020.
We were able to take a sneak peak of the project ( still under construction) with Chad Ducharme as he described their vision and project plans.
Bolero plans to capture the essence of Spain by featuring:
Spanish-Inspired Tapas Restaurant & Bar
Ten Guest Casitas with Private Courtyards
Two Wine Tasting Rooms, along with a Members Only Tasting Room
Vineyards specializing in Spanish Varietals
Beautiful Event and Wedding Venues
Retail Curated from Spanish Imports
This project is part of a larger plan by Europa Village to turn into three separate and distinct wineries— one for Spanish wine, one for Italian wine and one for French wine, with Bolero being the first of those wineries to open.
The next time you're visiting Temecula Wine County, make sure to stop by!
